After a stormy start to your Sunday, a squall line passed dropping above 4" of rain in many spots around the area. This transitioned into a very humid and warm day with temperatures getting into the mid 80s! Today is the hottest day of the forecast period as a mostly dry cold front passes tonight starting to cool everything down and dry everyone off. Monday morning, we will be in the low 40s when you wake up to start your work week and in the afternoon we will only heat up to the mid 60s (a solid 20 degrees cooler than today). Tuesday morning, we just keep plunging. Morning lows are in the mid 30s and highs are in the low to mid 60s. Wednesday morning will be the coldest temperature of the week: 32 degrees! This is all because a dominant high pressure system is setting up over Canada ushering in Arctic air into our area. Wednesday afternoon temperatures will continue to only rebound into the mid 60s. From there, your temperatures start to moderate. Thursday conditions are still below normal, but we will be near 70 degrees. Low 70s for highs on Friday, and mid 70s for your Saturday and Easter Sunday. There is a slight threat of rain for your Easter, but as of now showers look to stay well north of the area. As for sky conditions on all your other days, we will have sunny to mostly sunny skies!
