MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Heading into the overnight hours tonight, our rain chances will really fall away. Skies will be partly cloudy with lows in the lower 70s. Monday will be similar to what we saw this past weekend. Starting mostly sunny, but by the afternoon hours, we'll have partly cloudy skies and a 40% chance of scattered thunderstorms. Highs warm to the lower 90s with relatively calm winds from the east-northeast. The rain is expected to clear Monday night with lows reaching the lower 70s.

Expected isolated storm activity Tuesday and Wednesday as well due to an approaching cold front. Rain coverage for those days will be in the 30%-50% range. Highs will return to normal values in the upper 80s. Thursday onward those fall conditions will finally be arriving as high pressure builds in. Overnight lows will be seasonable in the lower and mid 60s and highs will be in the mid and upper 80s with abundant sunshine.
