Storm Team Sunday evening forecast (07/17/2016)

Posted

MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Not much change is expected in the short term with a typical Summer pattern of daily heat and thunderstorm chances. However, it will be above the seasonal average for daytime highs with expected temperatures in the mid to upper 90s throughout the week. It will feel uncomfortable with low level moisture. The added humidity will make it feel like 100° to 105°. Thunderstorms may be able to spark up in the afternoons each day with 30-40% coverage through the weekend. Any changed in the forecast depend on timings of small upper level disturbances as they approach our region, as these disturbances can help influence greater rain threats.

Meteorologist Max Tsaparis has your morning forecast starting bright and early on WTXL Sunrise at 5 a.m.
