TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- A cold front has been pushing closer to us all day. As this front passes, we'll see rain and even some thunderstorms. There is a small chance that we could see one or two isolated severe thunderstorms throughout the evening into tonight. Those chances will decrease into the overnight hours.

Tonight, we'll see mostly cloudy skies with rain and thunderstorms. Once the cold front passes, rain chances will drop, but our skies will be slow to clear. Overnight lows are expected to fall to the mid 50s with a northwest wind of 5 to 10 mph.

Monday morning will start off cloudier with a small chance of a lingering shower. As we move into the afternoon, our skies will gradually clear wit highs feeling more seasonal, in the upper 70s. (Typical highs for this time of year are close to 81 degrees). Winds will remain northwest at about 5 to 10 mph. Monday night will be another cool one, with lows falling back to the mid 50s under mostly clear skies.
