TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- After a picture perfect Sunday, we're back to warmer weather, cloudier skies, and yes, even rain chances for our next work week. The high pressure that kept our skies clear Sunday will continue moving eastward away from us. As it's doing so, an area of rain sitting to our west will be edging closer to us.

Tonight, our skies will stay most clear with a light wind. Overnight lows will feel seasonal, dropping to the mid 40s.

Monday morning will start with sunny skies, but as the previously mentioned high moves away from us, we'll see an increase in cloud cover. Partly cloudy skies are expected by lunchtime, with a small (20%) chance of rain by mid-afternoon. Highs will top off close to 80°. Heading into Monday night, rain and even thunderstorm chances remain in the forecast. This is from the area of rain mentioned earlier, and is not expected to be a severe weather event. Monday night lows will be unseasonably warm, dropping to the upper 50s.
