MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- A warm, and somewhat more stable pattern will be working its way into the region for the remainder of the weekend. Winds will shift from the east/southeast across the region and they'll help to kick up day-time highs up around the lower-90s to possibly mid-90s for Sunday. The humidity levels can make it feel even warmer outside, so keep hydrated and limit sun exposure if your skin is sensitive. Morning lows will be around 70 degrees. Rain coverage will be limited as the ocean sea breeze pushes in and gets carried from west to east by the winds. That will mean that few storms will travel far north enough to reach South Georgia. The week ahead features much of the same in terms of warmth and rain coverage with daytime highs reaching near the mid 90s and 30% coverage of rain through Tuesday. Rain coverage will jump to 40-50% for Wednesday into Thursday but temps will still be hot in the lower 90s.
