We'll start the new year off with highs in the lower to mid 70s and mostly cloudy skies. As previously mentioned, there is a 50% chance of rain for communities in the western half of the area. Those in the eastern portion of the region have a 30% chance of passing showers. Winds will stay southerly, about 5-10 mph with occasionally stronger gusts.
