Storm Team Saturday evening forecast (03/16/2013)

It felt more like mid-April than mid-March today! Temperatures got all the way to 80 degrees at Tallahassee Regional Airport. Though we won't be that warm in the days to come, the mild trend will continue. Conditions overnight return to seasonal falling to the low 50s. For your St. Patrick's Day, highs get to the mid 70s, though there is the threat of scattered showers for the south & western portions of the viewing area. This shouldn't dampen your holiday festivities too much, but just keep the umbrella handy. The work week starts out with seasonal temperatures again and you will wake up in the low 60s for your temperatures. We will get up to the mid 70s during the daytime but the threat of scattered showers persists throughout the day. Showers will linger into the AM hours of Tuesday and then we will get slightly chillier and dry out. On Tuesday, we stay in the mid 70s and wake up in the low 60s once again. Wednesday, ample sunshine returns with highs getting into the low 70s but morning lows midweek will be in the low 40s, so be prepared for that cool down! Thursday & Friday we see similar conditions except with rain chances increasing late Thursday and throughout Friday. By Saturday, the rain thread diminishes and temperatures remain right around average with lows in the upper 40s and highs in the low 70s. Have a good weekend!
