TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- What started out as a nice and sunny spring day has turned into a cloudy Saturday evening. This increase in cloud cover is from a cold front that is closing in on the area. As the front passes us later this evening, there is a small chance of a light and isolated shower. After the front passes, the clouds will try to clear out.
Tonight, winds will remain fairly light at about 5 mph from the west. Overnight lows fall near 50 degrees under cloudy skies. The best chance to see an isolated shower will be before midnight tonight. After midnight, our cloud cover will try to clear out. There is a chance that fog may try to form after midnight as well.
Sunday will finish off our weekend with plenty of sunshine and seasonal temperatures in the lower 70s. We'll have a north northwest wind on hand for much of the day at about 5-10 mph. Sunday night will have lows in the mid 40s with clear skies overhead.
