MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- The large area of disturbed weather responsible for Friday's severe threat and the ongoing rainy pattern has pushed away and will continue to move northeast over the Atlantic. As this does so, drier winds with high pressure enter the mix, bringing the region more sun in time for Sunday.

Expect Sunday highs to be in the mid to upper 80s with morning lows in the lower 60s. The drier pattern continues through the new work week with high temperatures steadily rising each day, reaching the lower 90s by Wednesday. Rain chances likely wont return until then, with minimal to low overage (20-30%) as we enter next weekend.
