TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- A cold front pushed through the region last night leaving us with seasonal feeling temperatures and mostly cloudy skies today. Sunnier skies and warmer weather are expected to return Sunday and stay through the middle of the week. There is a high pressure sitting Kentucky and West Virginia. Through the day on Sunday, this high is expected to push a little closer to the Florida panhandle.

Tonight, skies will be mostly to partly cloudy with overnight lows in the lower to mid 40s. Winds will be fairly light from the east.

Sunday, should start out fairly sunny with the chance of seeing increasing clouds for the evening hours. Highs will warm close to 70 degrees for the area with a light northerly wind. Sunday night will have lows in the mid to upper 40s and partly cloudy skies.

We are tracking our next cold front set to arrive later in our next work week. This will bring us cooler temperatures and even a chance of seeing some rain.
