MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Now that the frontal boundary that caused rain for the local area is pushing away, high pressure will dominate the region for the next few days. And the ample clearing it will cause will allow significant temperature spreads from the mornings to the afternoons. Starting Sunday off, morning lows will likely be in the mid 50s with daytime highs climbing to the upper 70s with a few spots hitting 80 degrees. Winds will be out of the east/northeast and they will be breezy at around 10-15 mph. Moving into Monday, skies stay clear with lows in the low 50s and highs likely surpassing 80 degrees. It is forecast to be even warmer into midweek, with mid 80s returning for highs. The next front to threaten will approach by late week, bringing up slight rain chances by Thursday.
