MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- Clear and pleasant conditions will be the main story for the weekend with relatively little change coming over the next week. High pressure will keep the skies mainly clear, allowing overnight lows into Sunday morning to fall into the mid to upper 40s. Winds will be mainly out of the northeast through Sunday between 5-10 mph. With ample sunshine for Sunday due to high pressure, temps will likely jump to the lower 70s for highs. And this trend of cool, yet mild lows, with highs above 70 degrees, will continue through the week.
Monday, a weak disturbance out west is forecast to push east of the region and that may help trigger some cloudiness and an occasional shower, but after that, high pressure will dominate again. By Friday, a stronger disturbance will likely roll through, giving us more rain for the weekend.
