Storm Team Saturday evening forecast (03/23/2013)

Posted

Severe weather threat lingers overnight. We've seen plenty of large hail around the area starting in the mid-morning hours. As we go overnight, the storms will pack more of a high wind threat and isolated tornado threat as well.  That will clear before lunchtime tomorrow and we will be left with a couple scattered showers. Temperatures overnight stay mild in the mid 60s due to all the moisture sticking around.  Tomorrow, after the sun comes back out in the afternoon, we will heat up to all the way to the low 80s.  That's the warmest temperature in the 7-Day forecast! Temperatures continue to tumble as we dry out, falling to the mid 40s in the morning to start your work week.  Conditions remain mostly sunny but temperatures only heat up to the mid 60s.  Tuesday morning low temperatures tumble to the mid 30s and rebound to the mid 60s during the daytime.  Wednesday morning we will flirt with the freezing mark again! On Wednesday, temperatures make it back to the upper 60s. By Thursday, we're near 50 and we moderate to start your next weekend into the mid 70s! No real rain threat in sight after tonight.
