TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Spotty showers and some isolated thunderstorms have been the theme for our north and western counties. If you're in the Suwannee River Valley or closer to Valdosta, you've remained rain-free, but heading into Mom's day, it could be a different story.
In the overnight hours, temps will remain on the warm side only falling into the upper 60s. We could see a little bit of foggy spots out there as well. Sunday, we'll all start out dry in the morning but by the afternoon it looks like we'll see again about a 20% chance for some showers along a sea breeze front. Temps will again be well above average in the upper 80s.
To start off the work week, we could still see a rouge shower or two and temps will continue to heat up into the upper 80s. By midweek, we could see more widespread rainfall and some storms as a frontal system moves through. Cooler and drier by next week!
