Those summer like temperatures are definitely persisting with temperatures around 90 expected. As the evening progresses expect a cool off down to the low to mid 70's with rain chances only around 20%. Come Sunday, temperatures soar into the mid 90's by afternoon. Rain chances remain though on the quiet side, only 30%. Expect isolated showers especially in the afternoon hours as well along the coastal counties. Implemented with the warm conditions are oppressive humidity values. This will make the heat indices peak into the low 100's. Need a break from the heat? Well the beaches look like an ideal option to get a reprieve from the summer warmth. However, as we move into the next work week expect rain chances to increase by mid week and cool the region down by a few degrees.
