MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- The rainfall coverage will stay on the rise for the weekend with widely scattered and isolated showers/storms developing throughout Saturday evening. Low pressure west along a stalled frontal boundary will help keep the instability up for some thunderstorms to develop. Sunday afternoon into Monday have greater coverage of rain with 60% Sunday and 70% Monday. Afternoon highs on Sunday will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s after starting off mild in the lower 60s with mostly cloudy skies across the region. Much of the same for Monday except afternoon highs are expected to be slightly lower in the mid 70s due to more cloud cover and rain more likely. The low pressure system should move out of our hair Monday night into Tuesday. More sunny and warmer conditions return after Tuesday with some cooler temps possible late next work week.
