Storm Team Saturday evening forecast (08/01/2015)

MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- The stationary front just north of our region will help to keep us cloudy and keep the rain coverage up for Sunday. With the increase in cloud cover and rain activity, daytime highs will not be as hot as the sunlight wont be as dominant. Still, lower 90s are possible with the hottest temps likely staying in southwest Georgia. Overnight lows into Sunday morning are forecast to be in the lower to mid 70s. The overall rain coverage will be greatest across the Suwannee River Valley and the Big Bend Coast, where the concentration of low level moisture is greatest. The amount of rainfall expected for the weekend has prompted a Flash Flood Watch for parts of the Big Bend and South Central Georgia. The work week will feature a warm up, though not drastic (afternoon highs bouncing back to the mid 90s and a few upper 90s) with rainfall possible each and everyday (coverage of at least 40%).
