TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- Believe it or not, a weak cold front pushed passed us this morning bringing very isolated rain to the area. Yes, our high temperatures today were still able to reach the lower 80s, but we'll feel the cooler weather for the second half of the weekend. A high pressure sitting over Oklahoma is expected to slowly move eastward, allowing for our skies to remain clear on Sunday.

Tonight, mostly clear skies will help our overnight lows fall to the lower 40s. We'll keep our northwest wind as well, about 5-10 mph.

Sunday, the region will remain under the influence of the previously mentioned high pressure, keeping us nice and sunny. Daytime highs will feel seasonal, warming to the lower 70s, with a light northeast wind. Sunday night lows drop to the mid 40s under a mostly clear to partly cloudy sky. Rain will not be a factor for the day.
