MIDWAY, FL. (WTXL) -- A high pressure system sitting over the southeast portion of the country has been giving us mostly sunny and dry conditions. This high pressure will remain in place through the beginning of the work week. This means daytime highs will be warmer than average while overnight lows stay near 57 degrees.
Tonight, we'll see mostly clear skies and calm winds. This will help temperatures cool to the upper 50s for most of us. Patchy fog may also be seen in the early morning hours of Sunday.
Sunday is looking similar to Saturday...highs near 87 degrees with a few passing clouds. Winds will remain fairly light from the east-northeast. Sunday night will feel nice as lows drop back into the upper 50s under clear skies.
Typically for this time of year, our highs top off at 78 degrees with overnight lows falling to 53 degrees.
