We pay the price for having the warmth Easter Sunday by getting a little bit of scattered rainfall out there. It won't be a wash out but the rain threat will be persistent throughout the day starting after morning services. Highs reach near 80 degrees by the afternoon. Conditions on Monday are still warm; morning lows are only near 60 and afternoon highs reach 80 once again. The rain threat is still there and I'm calling on a 40% chance of showers and some isolated embedded thunderstorms. This front brings slightly cooler conditions for Tuesday knocking morning lows into the mid 50s though highs will still get into the upper 70s. Wednesday we are even cooler, though still nice waking up to temperatures in the mid 50s and heating up to the mid 70s. Both Tuesday and Wednesday during the daytime look rather dry with mostly sunny conditions, however late Wednesday a Gulf-based low pressure system will throw some showers into the area especially in the southern and western portions of the area. This transitions to widespread rainfall and possible thunderstorms on Thursday with highs getting a little cooler in the low 70s due to all the cloud cover and rainfall. Friday, we see a minimal rain threat with temperatures maintaining in the low 70s. Saturday, the rain threat diminishes with mostly sunny skies and conditions stay in the mid 70s.
