Dangerously cold weather is encompassing much of the U.S. Colder air will arrive here in the early afternoon and evening. Our high temp for the day occurred early this morning right before the cold front passed through bringing some showers. Colder and drier arctic air will sink in and cause temps to drop, wind chills will make it “feel” like it’s in the upper 20’s today. A hard freeze warning is in effect from 10 P.M tonight till 10 A.M. tomorrow morning. With skies clearing tonight our temps will drop to 17 degrees tomorrow morning. Remember the three P’s, pets, pipes and plants. Tuesday will be sunny and dry with a high of 39 degrees. We will be rain free on Wednesday, with plenty of sunshine and a high of 54. Rain pops back in the forecast on Thursday, with partly cloudy skies and a high of 63. We will be back in the mid 60’s by Friday with partly sunny skies and light showers.  Saturday will turn mostly cloudy pretty quickly with rain chances going up to 50%. High temps Saturday afternoon will also rise to 70. Sunday will be cloudy with rain and a high of 72.

Stay safe and warm! Happy Monday!
