TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Another rainy start on this Monday morning. Apalachicola, FL now has the wettest November on record with 9.83" of rain thru this morning. The old record was 9.01" set back in 1947. Even more rain is expected for today as an area of low pressure continues to move northeast across the region. Due to rain and cloud cover highs today will only reach the mid 70s. Drier air associated with a high pressure system will begin to move into the region by tomorrow as the low pressure system clears the area. Highs for Tuesday will be in the upper 70s. High pressure will continue to build in making the lows for Wednesday morning cooler in the lower 50s and highs in the lower 80s. A dry pattern is expected late week into the weekend with more seasonable temperatures.
