TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - A quiet but cool start to the work week with temps in the low to mid 40s heading out the door. By this afternoon, winds turn off the Gulf and expect warm conditions back in the upper 70s. Our next front pushes into the Deep South this afternoon and a few storms could fire up, especially farther west. One or two of the storms could be on the strong to severe side with large hail and winds being the main concern. After sunset the threat for storms diminishes quickly with temps dipping to the mid 50s. Expect patchy fog to form as well. The front stalls out over top of us causing for at least an isolated shower threat through most of the work week. As for temps, they stay warm in the 50s for lows and low to mid 80s for highs. A sweeping cold front will approach the region heading into the weekend with a few more scattered showers and storms potentially on Saturday. Slightly cooler to end the weekend in the mid 70s for highs.
