MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- After such a gloomy weekend pattern, things finally start to clear up as high pressure builds in. The noticeably drier set-up isn't long-term, however, with a new frontal system developing out west quickly approaching. Monday highs will likely rebound to near 80 degrees as the sun breaks through the clouds. Lows tonight will likely drop to the low to mid 50s as the clear skies allow the warmth to quickly disappear. Light sweaters might be needed. Tuesday is virtually the same with warm afternoon temps and cool morning lows. Rainfall coverage returns by the midweek.
