TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) -- An area of low pressure is staying to the north of the region but this is expected to weaken the upper level ridge so coverage for rain today is at 60% with highs in the lower 90s. An unsettled pattern will dominate this week with above average rain chances each day that range from 50%-60%. Highs for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will peak in the lower to mid 90s. By Friday rain coverage lessens slightly to 40% but the sea breeze is expected to be active in the afternoon hours and highs will be in the lower 90s. For the weekend more scattered rain is likely and highs will be in the lower to mid 90s.
