TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - As we end February and begin March, it'll feel quite spring-like out there. Temps are in the upper 30s and low 40s this morning, so a chilly start to the week, but with plenty of sunshine and an onshore flow, afternoon highs boost back into the mid to upper 70s. That's much warmer than this past weekend. As the high pressure departs, we'll continue to get a breeze off the Gulf allowing temps to be mild to warm. 40s to start off Tuesday with afternoon highs in the mid 70s. We only dip to the mid 50s with a cold front moving into the region to start off Wednesday which could spring up some scattered showers mainly before lunchtime. Upper 60s and clearing is expected in the afternoon. We'll dip back to near 40° to start off Thursday before rebounding to seasonably warm temps in the low 70s. Mid 70s to round out the week, however another system will move in which could bring some scattered showers and storms to start off the day. Seasonable temps are expected this weekend with lows around 40° and afternoon highs in the low to mid 70s, though it'll be dry.
