MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- High pressure is in control this Monday with clear skies allowing for downright chilly temperatures. We're starting off with lows in the mid to upper 40s. The clear skies should allow a considerable warming trend with highs jumping to the lower 80s.
Moving into Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon, a weak cold front will drive through from the north, but no rain is expected and neither is any significant cooling. The notable change will be a shift in high pressure to the east, driving in warmer winds from the Atlantic, helping clouds to stick around in higher numbers, and daytime highs will continue to be inthe low to mid 80s.
Another weak front may provide for some rain Thursday (<20% rain coverage), but the warmer than average pattern continues into this upcoming weekend.
