Storm Team Monday morning forecast (11/10/2014)

TALLAHSSEE (WTXL) - After a cold start, temps will quickly climb as we have plenty of sunshine to work with throughout the day. Mid 70s are definitely within reach later this afternoon. Tonight will be chilly once again, but as the dominant high pressure system loses its grip, it won't be as cold as this morning. Expect low to mid 40s waking up Veterans Day morning. All events paying tributes to our veterans will go off without a hitch when it comes to your weather as temps will be very comfortable by the afternoon. Highs will climb to the upper 70s. Expect much of the same Wednesday. On Thursday, a few stray showers will approach the area, but the bigger story will be the shift in the temps as the cold front pushes through. Highs will approach only 70° on Thursday, and thereafter, temps drop off heading into the weekend. Lows get back into the low 40s and upper 30s while highs stay in the 60s for Friday and Saturday and finally get above 70° heading into Sunday. Unfortunately for our farmers, besides a few showers on Thursday, rain chances look sparse through next weekend.
