MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- High pressure building off the southeast Atlantic Coast will help to keep the pattern in a Summer-like state, with afternoon highs climbing into the low to mid 90s each day and these temperatures will be accompanied by isolated to scattered thunderstorm opportunities.

Tuesday morning is expected to start off mild with low temperatures in the low to mid 70s. If you live closer to the Big Bend coast, expect temperatures closer to 80 degrees at around sunrise. As we progress into the afternoon, the sunshine and humidity may make it feel more like 100 degrees in the afternoon. Isolated thunderstorms will be possible (30% coverage), but more likely for eastern counties than western counties. This is due to winds out of the east from the Atlantic coast.

Wednesday and Thursday, expect similar conditions with scattered storm coverage (40%) and afternoon highs slightly above the average of 92 degrees.
