MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Most of us will get a break from the rough and stormy weather that’s been experienced for the last few evenings. A slight area of stable atmosphere is limiting the number and strength of any isolated showers or storms this evening. Coverage should not exceed 20% of the area, and anything that forms locally should diminish drastically by 11 p.m. There will be plenty of moisture remaining, so lows will only fall to the lower 70s. Tuesday, we’ll once again have scarce late-day showers and storms with overall partly cloudy and hot afternoon conditions. Highs will rebound to the lower to middle 90s. Midweek, an upper low enters the Southeast and will renew the easy development of daytime rain and thunder, with a few storms becoming strong or severe.
