MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Many areas have received showers and thunderstorms, and lingering cloudiness with a few breaks of sun are possible between now and sunset. Spotty rain and storms are possible for coastal and offshore areas, with scattered pockets of lighter showers elsewhere. Additional clear areas are forecast overnight with lows in the low to mid 70s. Tuesday will feature morning sun with building clouds and other scattered variety of showers and storms developing from daytime heating and seabreeze activity. Highs will range from near 90° at the beach to isolated mid 90s inland. A brief bit of high pressure will lower rain potential for the end of the week, but a return of tropical moisture over the weekend will lift rain chances back into a likely range.
