MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Chilly Arctic air has fully retreated, and a milder trend is well entrenched in the region for the next several days. The upper-level pattern has effectively blocked cold-air invasions from reaching the Southeast, so the mild, somewhat humid Gulf conditions will settle in for the first week of December. Mornings will feature patchy fog and lows around 50° to the lower 50s, and morning sun will increase as the fog dissipates. Partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies will be present in the afternoon, as temps warm into the mid and upper 70s for the next couple of days. Only a brief spot shower is possible with a combination of available moisture, daytime warming, and weak upper disturbances riding from west to east through the Deep South occasionally through the next several days. No significant changes are forecast for the temperature pattern this week.
