MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
We're still in a drier patch of the weather pattern, despite increasing unsettledness over south Florida and the Bahamas that may actually turn into a better-organized low-pressure system. As it is forecast to gather and lift to the north just off the Florida east coast, the system will help maintain a northerly wind direction, which will generally keep the area dry through most of this week. A limited chance for a shower exists for eastern areas, depending on the positioning of the Atlantic low. Morning readings will be in the lower 60s which daytime highs will still break into the mid 80s. Some areas will top out near 90° by the end of the week as rain chances remain quite low.
