MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- High pressure from the northeast is moving in, allowing for a noticeably dry pattern to stay with us for the next few days. This will mean cooler mornings through Thursday.
Tuesday morning, expect to wake up to temperatures below average, with inland spots seeing the mid to upper 60s and coastal areas closer to 70 degrees. In the afternoon, temps should rise quickly back to near average (90 degrees), but it will be dry, making the air less uncomfortable than if it were humid. With the dry air mass in place, rain coverage will be near 0% until Friday.
Wednesday and Thursday are expected to be similar to Tuesday. By Friday, a front is expected to move closer, increasing cloud cover and rain chances in time for the weekend. A wash out is not expected for the FSU Home Opener, but rain cannot be ruled out.
