MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
A stalled front to the south of the region will return overnight through most of Tuesday, and it will bring an increase in clouds and rain chances along with it. As a result, higher moisture levels will keep nighttime temperatures on the warmer side, while afternoon readings may be limited because of the decreased amount of sunshine. A few thunderstorms will be in the mix, though there aren't any major systems that would enhance storm strength on a widespread scale. Rain totals may exceed half an inch in many areas, with highest totals over one inch in a few cases. Lows tonight will be between 65° and 70°, with highs in the low to mid 80s depending on how soon the sky becomes overcast. Unsettled weather will remain in place for a few days, as upper impulses move from west to east and activate occasional rounds of rain and thunder until early Saturday, when a stronger front enters and brings in a drier air source this weekend.
