MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

The week has started with plenty of sunshine and mild afternoons, with cooler morning temperatures and a clear sky.  Day by day, early readings will start to climb back to above-average levels as moisture gradually creeps up.  A few clouds will mix with Tuesday's sunshine, with an uptick in cloudiness each day thereafter.  Lows tonight will be cool again, in the upper 40s and lower 50s.  Tuesday's highs will likely surpass 80° again away from the coast, and reaching as high as the mid 80s around the state line.  The slow-moving high-pressure ridge will weaken toward the end of the week, and a low-pressure system will scratch through the Southeast, providing the region with a slight rain chance for Friday.  Partial clearing and continued mildness are projected for next weekend.
