MIDWAY, Fl. (WTXL) -- Winter's final week feels nothing of the sort, with very warm temperatures continuing to be felt all across North Florida and South Georgia. Low level winds are blowing in off the Gulf of Mexico while upper level air continues to be very dry and warm, supporting the quiet but borderline HOT pattern.
Overnight lows will struggle to fall below 60 degrees as the air stays humid. Some upper 50s will be possible but not likely. Fog will likely develop as the moisture and warmth settles overnight to form the low level clouds. Daytime temperatures on Tuesday may very well be warmer than Monday with highs reaching the mid to upper 80s all across the region, except near the coast where highs will be closer to 80 degrees.
Wednesday looks very similar with a possible shower (<20% coverage) and highs in the mid to upper 80s.
Rainfall coverage grows to more likely by the weekend.
