Severe storms are possible later tonight with high wind gusts and damaging hail being the main concern though an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out either. Storms enter later this evening sticking around until 8a-11a tomorrow. So by lunchtime, we'll begin to dry out, and the sun will come back out allowing highs to reach near 80 degrees on Tuesday. Temperatures tonight stay mild in the low 60s. On Wednesday, the dryness that sets in will tick our temperatures down to more moderate conditions and we will wake up in the upper 40s and have highs in the low 70s. We get one more day of dry weather for your Thursday, with similar temperatures; morning lows are in the low 40s and daytime highs are in the low 70s. A low pressure system begins to form over the Gulf Coast on Friday bringing us a chance of rain and making conditions get back into the mid 70s. By Saturday I expect to have the central low pressure system drape across the tri-state region bringing widespread showers for Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures on Saturday and Sunday remain mild with lows in the 50s and highs in the low 70s. By Monday we should begin to dry off and cool down again with highs falling into the mid to upper 60s.
