MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...
Most areas picked up light rain and widespread clouds, both of which will be in the process of clearing through tonight and early tomorrow morning. If you happened to miss out of this rain event, there's a higher chance to participate in the next one by midweek. Tonight, lows will range from near 50° in the tri-state to the low to mid 60s in the southeast Big Bend as the cold front continues to make progress to the southeast. Inland areas will acquire more sunshine tomorrow, with some cloudiness lingering in the Suwannee valley, with regional highs still reaching the 70s. The next disturbance in the Plains will trigger a moisture flow that may up the rain potential Wednesday, then cause a higher chance for broader rain coverage and a few thunderstorms on Thursday. A sharp cold front arrives Friday to drastically lower temps for the weekend before Christmas.
