MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) -- From the Storm Team Weather Center ...

Above-average temperatures are set to continue for most of this week, but the warmest part of this streak is underway currently, with a new record high set for Tallahassee today.  It'll be a challenge to reach this same level of heat Tuesday, but we'll get close for most of the area.  Lows will fall to the upper 50s and lower 60s with clear conditions and limited fog development before dawn.  Highs rise back into the mid 80s in the afternoon with ample sunshine.  A light east to southeast wind will attempt to draw some moisture into the area, which may result in a few extra clouds, and eventually warmer overnight temps for Wednesday morning.  The next cold front is poised to arrive Friday to bring a seasonable, cooler feel back to the area.  Rain chances are minimal through this week, despite the moisture and the future cold front.
