Today the rain machine really begins to rev up. As of 7:00 am this morning we are already seeing numerous scattered showers and storms across the region. The rain chance is 80% today as well as tomorrow. The entire viewing area is under a flash flood watch since we are expecting very heavy amounts of rain. With all of the rain and clouds temperatures will remain in the upper 80s.
Tonight the showers continue and lows fall down into the lower to mid 70s. By the end of the weekend some areas may see up to over 5.00" of rain.
