TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Another cold start with temps near the freezing mark. Expect more patchy frost region-wide, including larger cities. As the high begins to slowly move eastward, winds the cold air filtering in will slow down, so milder days are ahead. Highs today still fall below average temps, and we only get into the low 60s. Heading into the weekend, temps fall below freezing once again tonight into tomorrow, so if you're heading out late, make sure to bundle up because come sun down, conditions cool off quickly. Temps into Saturday afternoon are comfortable, climbing into the mid 60s. By Sunday morning, we're chilly still with high pressure overhead, but temps quickly warm and a few places will get close to that 70° mark. Next work week looks mild with lows getting back to the mid 40s and highs staying in the low 70s pretty much all week. Our next frontal system approaches on Tuesday and we could squeeze out one or two isolated showers, especially towards the Tri-state.
