Today will be similar to yesterday with high temperatures approaching the 90 degree mark. Humidity will stay fairly low through the day, and rain chances stay under 20% due to a high pressure system sitting off to our east in the Atlantic Ocean. A cold front approaches the area tomorrow, and rain chances increase through the day on Saturday. Steadier rain will come in overnight Saturday and during the day on Sunday. Projected rainfall totals will be around 1-3 inches for most of the area, with the highest amounts in the Florida panhandle. We start a slight drying and cooling trend next week, with highs in the mid to high 80's and lows in the high 60's. Rain chances will stay around 20%.
