Storm Team Friday Morning Forecast (12/6/13)

Posted

The heat is on again today, another round of 80 degree weather will push through our region, with partly sunny skies. Some areas may see early morning fog but that will tapper off by sunrise and the clouds should clear out. There’s a slight chance for showers later this evening, mainly for the western counties. Light and scattered showers will be more widespread on Saturday as a cold front stalls out just to our northwest. Temperatures will also be a bit milder on Saturday afternoon with a high of 75. As the front lifts to the northwest Sunday, our temps will actually rise again and rain chances will go down to less than 20%. A much stronger cold front will move through our area Monday night into Tuesday and bring more rain and much cooler temps. Wednesday and Thursday of next week will be partly cloudy with high temps in the mid 60’s and have a slight chance for some showers.

Have a great weekend!
