TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - High pressure dominating our weather pattern these next several days allowing for a wide temperature spread throughout the course of the day. Mornings will be cool and afternoons will be pleasant. That is the case today with temps early on in the 30s while this afternoon low 60s come back into play. Overnight, the high stays on top of the Deep South allowing for freezing temps to return. Bundle up heading out late tonight and expect some light frost especially for our outlying communities. Saturday afternoon temps look quite mild in the mid to upper 60s with plenty of sunshine, just like we'll see today. More sunshine to end the weekend with temps in the morning in the upper 30s and low 40s. Sunday highs will quickly climb to the low 70s. Rain to greet us as we're heading back to work with some scattered showers expected. It won't be an all day event, so expect peeks of sunshine to bump temps to around 70°. Beyond that cold front, conditions don't cool off much--no Arctic air masses or anything like that. The mercury will hold steady for our highs in the mid 60s and low 70s.
