TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - Another cold night with hard freeze warnings in effect til 9 am for the Tri-state region. Everywhere else will experience light freezes early this Friday morning. Conditions this afternoon will still be be warmer than yesterday, but still falling well below average. Expect temps in the low to mid 50s with a mix of sun and clouds. A weak cold front will pass late in the day which won't bring any rainfall, but rather just a reinforcement of the cool air which will slow our warming process. Overnight expect lows in the upper 20s with more light freezes expected, but you won't have to worry about dripping your pipes overnight. Highs tomorrow are back in the mid 50s with high pressure staying well north of the region. Skies stay mostly clear with clouds building late in the day. An isolated showers or two are possible on Sunday as highs warm back into the low 60s, right around average. Scattered showers are expected to begin your next work week with milder air building in. Expect highs in the mid to upper 60s. Highs in the 60s are expected through the course of next work week with lows in the upper 40s near 50°, so a completely different story from this past week. Isolated showers are possible on Tuesday and Wednesday with another front digging in for Thursday which could bring more scattered rainfall.
