TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The hot trend continues into the weekend. Expect most days to peak in the upper 90s briefly in the early to mid afternoon before storms flare up and cool off parts of the region. We'll likely see a daily 30-40% rain coverage through next work week. As a dominant "heat dome" ridge breaks down a little bit early next week, temps will back off to slightly more bearable levels in the mid 90s for highs. Either way, that's still a bit above average for this time of year, and coupled with the humidity, "feels-like" temps will still range from 105-110° before storms fire up. Stay cool and have a good weekend!
