TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - High pressure is dominating the region so clear skies and calm conditions for today with highs in the upper 60s. The high pressure will continue to push east over the Gulf of Mexico throughout the weekend causing southerly flow, so a warm weekend is in store with lows in the upper 30s and lower 40s and highs in the lower 70s. Warmer conditions to start the work week with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s. By early midweek a cold front is expected to push through the region so rain chances will increase by Tuesday night into Wednesday to 60%. Finishing up the work week cooler and drier conditions are expected to return with lows in the upper 40s and highs in the upper 50s.
