TALLAHASSEE (WTXL) - The unsettled pattern continues as a stalled out frontal system stays close by allowing for scattered showers and a few embedded thunderstorms. Temps will be mild in the low to mid 60s this morning and back to the mid 70s this afternoon, following a very similar set up to yesterday. Expect increased shower coverage overnight through Saturday with a few strong storms possible, with the greatest threat being some decent-sized hail. Temps follow a similar fashion ranging from the 60s in the morning to the 70s in the afternoon. Overnight into Sunday morning, temps back off as the front finally pushes southeastward. Temps dip into the low 50s. Despite sunshine coming back into the picture, winds will have shifted out of the northwest allowing temps to only get into the mid to upper 60s. 30s return with high pressure building overhead by the beginning of next work week. Upper 60s are expected by the afternoon under sunny skies. Temps are their coolest by Tuesday morning in the mid 30s. Low 70s return by Tuesday afternoon and continue to warm through most of next work week back into the upper 70s to low 80s.
